The exhibition theme; Symbiotic Process: HUMAN – MACHINE – TEXTILES, aims to convey through textile artworks and audio-visual installations, a shared sensory and experiential textile making process encountered between human and machine. Personal ancestral textile heritage is explored through the mode of textile production – notably digital embroidery and domestic machine knitting, whilst demonstrating the relationship and interaction with industrial textile machinery via audio-video installation
